Sometimes you have no choice left but to carry on with your life while remaining reminding to suffer periodically to your work still willing to help, that you recognize they may feel shame and distress, and that they can get better from OCD once they decide to get treatment. Sometimes a person with OCD – or any other problem will not seek help until the hit rock bottom. Of course watching someone you love suffer when they can get help can be very difficult.
